Cruise4ACure is focussing it's fundraising efforts towards Camp Quality in 2007. Camp Quality is a non profit organisation that is committed to bringing hope and happiness to every child living with cancer, their families and communities through ongoing quality recreational, educational and financial support programs.
The main part of this fundraising effort we have elected to enter two cars (Team LS1) into the Camp Quality Escarpade which is run in October. This event is designed to introduce the charity to the general public and raise funds to help them support their ongoing care. The Escarpade is very similar to other car rally or bash style fundraising events. The cars have to be older than a 1984 build. We are entering 2 vehicles in the 2007 Escarpade, a 1981 VC SLE Commodore which will wear the number 505 and a HR Holden Number 707.
We are also seeking sponsors to ensure the success of the events. Sponsorship can take on many forms, the most popular being the provisions of performance parts and services, merchandise for auction and vouchers for raffles.
